How to stay motivated this summer

What is it that encourages you to exercise? Is this a release of stress after a harsh day? A social opportunity to combine with friends before your summer vacation or to achieve fitness/weight loss goal?
If this is the latter, you will be a bit short on time because we are approaching school holidays between summer and people are already roaming all over the world for their transit.
On the topic of holidays and other types of social gatherings, statistics show that in the summer months, people’s social interaction increases. Generally, various activities such as festivals, leisure and external events begin to increase in the summer, as well as traveling as well as social interactions in the winter period and – we dare to say – absence from the gym!
This realistic change in this behavior that shows that people exercise less work from June to September, is tolerated here at any time by evidence on fitness. During these months we observe a 6 % reduction in club attendance in the UK.

One of the solutions is to reduce the time or frequency of your sessions every week. You are still moving, just to exercise in your better social routine. The second is to start first or go later.
At any time, with fitness you are going to a club where your gym is open 24/7, wind and you are fresh water stations to keep you hydrate – anyway, we are at your convenience.
If I have time, not just stimulation?
It may not be just a burning desire to exercise now – our British weather is not impressive at all! In addition to the physical benefits of exercise, what is the stimulus? If you do not point to a festival or outdoor collector, exercising with a friend gives the opportunity to catch and make social. You can work as a stimulus of each other.
