Member stories: Our Anytime Goals

Our members are a round crushing staff, who take charge of their fitness journey every day.
We are impressed with their dedication and diverse aspirations, so, we wanted to share their stories with you! In this blog, you will meet some of our amazing members from Fitness Troy at any time and listen to the goals they are working and currently breaking. From running to the running to the event, we hope these stories will impress you and help you understand that all goals are very good, and there is no wrong time to start a new resolution.
Samuel
Samuel’s #AnteumResolshan is a common goal.
The purpose of Samuel is to go to the gym 4 to 5 times per week, a highly measured purpose!
Permanent temperament is key – Staying on a schedule is the basis for working towards your major, overall goals, such as Fitr.
“My resolution at any time is to improve my overall fitness and just try and get a little lean.
Richard
Richard wants to move! We like a particular purpose, and it is not more specific. Participating in fitness events is an incredible way to be accountable and stimulated.
“My resolution at any time is to run 11.6 miles away for cancer research a week before my 82nd birthday.”
Mary
Mary’s goal is to keep strong. Machines, weights and regular training are wonderful ways to keep your entire life fit and healthy.
“My resolution at any time is really just strong. I probably come here three times a week and only use machines and free weights. I am 61 years old and think that it is important to be strong in my age. With your age you are lost on a lot of muscle mass and I will not be determined to be with me.”

Luxy’s #Nine Temurisoloshavs Squad is to make! Life -changing milestones are large -scale stimulations and naturally build for you in really specific standards.
“My resolution at any time is to create 27 South West Sikson women’s squad for citizens this year, about which I am really excited.”
“How am I doing this I am really working closely with Tom, which is a PT in the gym so we are doing a lot of functional training so that there is really different kinds of things. So, looking at the work of exploitation like box jumps, stepping on the boxes, working on my balance and working on my own.

Large milestones of life can make you a lot of excitement and wrap these big goals in small people as it can make you accountable.
Hailey is taking a comprehensive approach to her weight loss journey, when she goes, her fitness creates her confidence and discipline.
“The biggest picture of my goal is to lose the weight of my 2025 wedding! But this year it is said that this year is to learn discipline and consistency. Having a healthy relationship with eating. Challenging yourself and taking yourself out of your comfort area is to try new exercises.
