I’m Getting a Pface Lift
Did I get your attention?! A face is lifting on my blog, but not on my body. Pfitblog.com got a new shape, and is still going through a little nap and tix. Now it will be the main focus of exercise, fitness tips, recipes, recipes, diet indicators, product reviews and fitness news for Steve and I. There is no more Bonnipfister.com or Steve Piffaters.com. There is no more PFIESERPFIT.com. Pfitblog is a stop shop!
During the transition, you may have lost one or two blogs, as it took some time to move my customers. When we were planning our merger, I started thinking about what we are really excited about. Answer: Fitness, food and faith. Full, and really healthy, I’m sure you have to check the three.
Your fitness can only be strong when you are not fueling your body properly. You can eat right, but if you do not deliberately exercise, Enough to protect yourself in an emergency cannot fit so much. Finally, you may fit like a fish, but if you are spiritually dead and hopeless, your physical body will be quickly destroyed by your defeated and tired passion.
When we get close to a new year, we are both looking forward to the help of more people than ever, so each of you can be the best inside and out of you.
What’s going on with “P”?
When I was single, my first name was easy. It was a tail. This was not misused once. I was Bonnie Tilly from Florida’s Tallasi and (at a time) really lived in Tal Tall Villa apartments! Yes! How easy was it? Then Steve came along and he took me cheek to love me and my name turned into a puffster.
One of the benefits of having a challenging name is that you know who the telecommunication is because I get every accent possible-from the PIFESTER, to PFster! LOL But, the negative aspect is that, no one knows that he has to spell, to say it or know what to do in the world to do what it is to do.
Fester is German, so if we lived in Germany we would be fine! They have the whole place “PF”! Yes! Say “Apple” for the German “Apple”, “Pepper” for “Pepper” and “Pephum” for “Berry”!

Why every “PF” everywhere? One day, I decided to play “PF” in everything that began with “PF” with “PF” to help people know how to say our name and help to personally touch our fitness business. At the same time when a Pift blog was born. So if you were one of those people who were always wondering what to stand for, then it’s nothing (lol), but just a little creative pfun! 🙂 🙂
