Vacation from Work – and Diet

It has been very calm here in the Pift Blog since last week. Why? Because I was on space !! Woo! But now I’m back and I’m ready to type as long as my fingers are bleeding! 😉 😉

NPC South East Classic

Carnival CreasOur team Max Group (in the top picture with me at the center) after participating in the NPC South East Classic on April 6, Steve and I jumped on a cruise ship and left for Mexico. If you tell the truth, I was a little afraid to go on vacation. Not because of the recent disasters of Carnival Cruise, but because I was afraid to eat too much that I had to face and I did not want to blow up all my hard work. The cruise is known for their never -ending buffets and your meal food.

Steve and Bonnie PiffatersOn the first cruise, I remember amazing food and I knew I would lure I was crazy. Surprisingly, either my taste buds have changed or my emphasis on eating has changed. I was honestly released and was craving a simple grinding piece of meat and boiled vegetables. Everything was so sarcastic and sarcastic. Chefs were not clearly worried about my waist.

“Finding food high”

Everyone does this – it’s a new “eating high”. At that moment you have tasted more new or more amazing than ever. The problem is, when you are not abstaining, the meal can be difficult to reach. But, when you eat clean (simple, healthy whole meals), you taste more of the fun of your taste of your taste of the original food you are eating and rely less on all sauces and fillers. As a result, even a slight distance goes. However, if you eat full food all the time, you need to eat wow wow you need to eat more rich. It is almost like a drug. The more you are accustomed to, the more you need to taste your meal to get a taste taste. However, if you eat clean, it takes a while to encourage you.

Alberto's Although I admit, I had enough chips and salsa to kill someone, but the other thing I left was a small part. Since I ate more of the house, my stomach was permanently full. I’m not just talking about my stomach, I’m talking about my entire intestine. The more you eat, the more you digest. It alone gives you a feeling of fat, even if you do not find a pound of fat. I tried to graze all day, but when it comes to Mexico, I couldn’t stop eating Guachaol! Yes!

Finally, it is better to say never. I do not know why we need to try everything. It’s almost as if we are afraid to disappear. I am sure that it is healthy to keep limits on eating or holidays. Despite how much I ate, I still have rules and still tried to improve my choice. For example, I had a 1/2 burger with no one, I had tasted some fries but did not end them. Kozomel MexicoI ordered some spinach mushrooms but did not eat them all. I tasted the taste of sweetness but only ate what I loved and digs the rest. Most of the morning I left the pancakes and grease breakfast items for the white omelette, ham and fruit. I still had a lot of things, and still more, but my “madness” still has limits.

So, I’m here, I am sharing my experience with you at home. Although I’m no longer on vacation, some part of my holiday came home with me – and now it’s time to shed my holiday fat and jump back to my healthy routines.
