After her T19 finish at the 2024 Kroger Queen City Championship in Ohio, English professional golfer Charley Hull recently made an appearance in a fitness competition.
On her official Instagram handle, Charley Hull posted a story in which she revealed she completed her first every Hyrox. In the story, Hull reflected on her experience and further detailed the exercises and runs she needed to perform to complete the Hyrox.
Detailing her experience, Charley Hull wrote:
“Buzzing to complete my first Hyrox. Done it in a hour and 31 mins. Then got a five mins fine as I missed a lap, gutted. But absolutely buzzing.”

Hull also thanked her trainer Kate Davey. For those unaware of what a Hyrox is, it is a fitness competition that includes a 1km run followed by one functional station, repeated eight times.

As mentioned above, Charley Hull finished T19 at the 2024 Kroger Queen City Championship. In the first two rounds, Hull scored 70-70, and the third round was her best round of the tournament as she scored 68. In the final round, she once again shot 70 which tied her for 19th place.
